Search Process Update (June 19, 2008)

Completed response packages were received from seven potential candidates who passed the first St. Luke's Search Committee review.  The Search Committee reviewed these responses and four candidates were selected for further consideration ("thank you, but no further consideration" letters were sent three candidates).  We plan to conduct telephone interviews with the four candidates during the second week of July.  The results of these telephone interviews are expected to lead to the identification of perhaps three (or possibly four) final candidates.  These candidates will be visited in their home parishes during the summer.  Work has begun to develop the format for the telephone interviews, which will include a set of structured questions to be asked of all candidates.

Your St. Luke's Search Committee (Cher Stone, head honcho, Ann Albin, Nancy Jones, Warren Jones, Bob Neilson, Gary Roberts, and Jason Wright) are available to discuss the search process, receive input, or answer any questions you may have.  So, let us know what you think!
